Hi Tracy, just wanted to give you an update on the puppy. we named her Bailey....she is the cutest thing we've ever seen. the whole family is completely in love with her. she is sleeping in her crate 8-9 hours at night, loves to go for rides on the car, does very well on a leash on walks, has learned to come and sit, and pees and poops on command!! Hi Tracy - I didn't get a chance to email you this weekend, but I just wanted to let you know that Bailey (baby girl EP) got here safe and sound and is just wonderful! I love her personality - she's so playful and loving - and of course she is adorable. So now we're in heavy duty potty training mode and she's doing great. We made it home safe and sound - I was in my house with Baxter by 5:00. The wife and daughter and all of our friends love him. He is doing great. He is such a sweet boy!! He is really doing good with peeing and pooping outside - he has peed inside only a few times and hasn't pooped inside yet, but whenever we take him out he goes!! Did you guys work with him on that a lot? He is definitely a cuddler and loves to

Hi Tracy, I just thought I'd let you know that I named the puppy Oakley Mari. She is doing very well. We took her to the vet and she's in perfect condition. She is such a smart and good girl. Happy New Year Tracy, it's hard to believe that January is almost over!! Ruby continues to be constant source of joy for all of us!!! She is really getting too grown up!!!! She is now being (as my children say) "Home Schooled" - I have a lady come to the house for obedience. We are ALL doing very well with it. She is amazed as to how responsive Ruby is!! I have seen a few puggles and Ruby is by far the nicest that I've seen!!!!! Of course I could be just a tad prejudice!?!?!? I get so excited when people recognize her as a puggle! Hi!! It's us again!! He is doing so well Tracy, and yes, he does look me in the eyes. He makes eye contact regularly and consequently responds to 'sit', 'stay', and will hold his sit at the curb when we are waiting for the light to change!! The dogs and people in the neighborhood are so good to him. He plays outside a lot, and this weekend was running with the 'big dogs'. Potty training is going very very well! He has pee accidents occasionally, but that is usually because I am not taking his hints. I do have to take him out once in the middle of the night now, the first week I took him out twice in the night, like 1 am and 4 am. I live in a condo so I run down one flight of steps to take him out. The first night or two I would jump into my sweat pants and put on my winter coat. Now, it is me in my flannel pajamas! What the heck, neighbors got to have a sense of humor! We'll stay in touch, and send photos as we have them...:) Love, M and R

Hello!! I'm so glad that you contacted me about Tracy! Needless to say, I am 100% happy with my puppy Clementine. She is a beautiful little active puppy, and I am so glad that I have her! Tracy was also wonderful to work with. I was very nervous about purchasing a puppy over the internet from someone 2,000 miles away. I was also very unsure about shipping the puppy by herself in the cargo part of a plane that far. Tracy was very patient with me and spoke with me many times over the phone and email to explain to me about the shipping process and the precautions they do take when shipping their puppies. I took Cassius to the beach today with some friends and I couldn't walk 10 feet without getting swarmed... I'm dead serious!! And so many people told me that this was the cutest dog they have ever seen!! I couldn't be happier!! Thanks a million!!

She is doing well, definitely gaining weight and becoming more and more rambunctious! She learned quickly to go to the door when she needs to go out so we have had few accidents! Tracy, been meaning to write you, but needless to say have had my hands full lately! thank you! thank you! thank you! doc is the most amazing puppy. he's so sweet tempered and good natured. he came with a great grasp of paper training already. we took him to the vet this weekend for shots and the vet was amazed by what a great little dog he is. you did an amazing job raising him. thank you so much for the great puppy and for being such a pleasure to work with. expect LOTS of referrals, since everyone who meets him wants a puppy just like him. Hello!! Pam here. I certainly can understand your query buying such an item on line. My husband and I both had some questions and concerns at first, but Tracy was absolutely wonderful, and we were both very pleased with how everything went. The sale went through fine, not a snag at all on any part of it. She took care of all of the shipment details, and coordinated well with us. Not a bit of problem at the airport picking him up. She had all the shots up to date when we took ownership, so of course our first trip to the vet confirmed a clean bill of health. She also has a warranty on that. If you're familiar with the breed, and if he's anything like Tippi is, I'm sure you'll be delighted with him. I hope this is helpful for you. My husband and I would most definitely do business with Tracy again both from the way she does business and the care she and her family gave Tippi. As a matter of fact, I've emailed her and complimented her on the care and pre-training she did with him. The socialization and love she and her family gave him certainly was a large contributor to him being able to "adopt" us as a new family. Hi, Our experience with Tracy has been awesome. She was great through the entire experience. Prior to us receiving the dog, I had a million questions and she was always very good at getting back with me. She was very informative. The day our puppy arrived, the airport forgot to give me all of her records and I immediately called Tracy to find out if they were sent. She was great, she called me right back and even checked in later to make sure I received everything from the airport. (It was the airports fault not Tracy's) Our puppy is awesome. She's so cute and full of life. She has had no health problems at all. She's very loveable and great with our 4 children (ages 8, 4, 3 & 18 months). I keep in touch with Tracy quite often through email. I send her pictures of the kids w/the puppy. She always emails me back. In fact, my husband jokes that Tracy knows more about our life than he does!!! Yes, I would love another puppy. I actually inquired about another one a week or so ago. Over all my experience with Tracy has been perfect. I was leery about purchasing a dog on-line but she put my fears to rest. I did research buying a dog through many, many breeders. I spent months researching. I finally ended up choosing Tracy b/c of her positive attitude and the over all feeling that I was getting a great dog. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and have. She is a wonderful person to work with. Just Great!! I cannot say enough great things about her and our entire experience. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me, again! Tracy, yes the potty thing is much better now. He was not having accidents until yesterday when he went to doggy daycare and came home exhausted. Because at daycare the dogs pee/poop anywhere/anytime, it takes them a few times to figure out that there is a difference between home and daycare. So, I think last night was just a total accident. Otherwise, he sits at the door until I take him out. Now, I try to take him out as soon as I see him sitting at the door, which means that more than once I have run outside in my terrycloth bathrobe! And I live in a condo complex that has an open shared courtyard! But, neighbors are GREAT. Last week Ruben met a puggle named Chester who is new to the area, same age and even looks like Ruben. He looks more like Ruben than any of the other puggles we have met. (photo below). Ruben is well known on the sidewalks, in the neighborhood, and in the town common! Everybody loves Ruben! We have so much fun. Today we have been invited to 'happy hour' at the home of my very good friend who is about my age, has raised 3 grown children, and has appointed herself Ruben's godmother. She has been bringing gifts since she saw that very first photo you sent way back in December! She brings Ruben toys, Ruben sent her flowers for Valentine's Day, and is bringing her a bottle of very nice Pinot Noir with a lovely cheese for our cocktail hour! Here is Ruben and his new friend, Chester. And of course, the moms! As you can see from the photos, Ruben loves to kiss!
